We offer five flavour combinations: vanilla Genoese sponge with vanilla Italian meringue butterceam and raspberry conserve; light lemon sponge with elderflower buttercream filling; dark chocolate Genoese cake with chocolate ganache filling; red velvet sponge with cream cheese frosting and carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Boxes of samples may be collected (£25) or posted (£30). This payment will be deducted from the cost of your wedding cake.
Allergens
We can provide cakes baked without gluten, dairy, nuts and many other allergens. However, as all our cakes are prepared in the same kitchen, we cannot guarantee any product will be completely free of traces of a defined allergen and would recommend purchasing from a specialist bakery if a consumer has a serious food allergy.

The remaining balance can be paid by bank transfer, PayPal or cash and is required four weeks before the delivery/collection date. Celebration cakes must be paid for in full four weeks before collection.

Order Changes/Cancellation
Amendments to the cake design can generally be accommodated up to one month before the collection/delivery date, if the changes do not affect the cost of the cake. Changes made later than this may incur further charges.
If for any reason you need to change the date of your booking, we will try to fit your new date in if possible and transfer the deposit to this date.
If an order is cancelled before the final balance is due, the full deposit amount of £170 is non-refundable. If the order is cancelled within one month of the collection/delivery date, the full cost of the cake is non-refundable.
Delivery
Wedding cake delivery is charged according to distance and difficulty. Our cakes are delivered entire and transport is challenging. Tiered cakes cannot safely be transported over very uneven ground or by foot if there is no vehicular access to site or parking close to the building. In some circumstances, a wedding cake may be collected by arrangement.
It is your responsibility to ensure that we have a full postal address and, if necessary, directions and delivery instructions for your venue. We will require an accurate time slot for delivery and will have to have access to the cake’s final position during this period.
Once the cake has been delivered and set up, we will photograph it in its final position and will accept no responsibility for any damage that may be sustained at the venue after this time.
All wedding cake instructions should be left with the events co-ordinator at your venue. We accept no responsibility for miscommunication of cake instructions to venue staff.
If you wish to use your venue’s cake stand, please ensure the venue manager or wedding co-ordinator are aware of this. We accept no responsibility for an unsuitable stand being provided or no stand being available on the day.
Celebration cakes (single tier) under the value of £250 must be collected from Westerham, TN16 1EN. Over this value, celebration cakes will be delivered free of charge within a 5 mile radius of Westerham. Further than this, standard delivery rates of 50p per mile each way apply.
IMPORTANT: WE WILL APPLY A REASONABLE SURCHARGE FOR DELIVERY COSTS IF THE PRICE OF FUEL SPIKES OR THERE IS A FUEL SHORTAGE. THIS WILL APPLY EVEN IF FULL PAYMENT FOR YOUR CAKE AND AN INITIAL DELIVERY CHARGE HAS BEEN MADE. YOU WILL RECEIVE A REQUEST FOR THIS PAYMENT 14 DAYS BEFORE DELIVERY AND DELIVERY WILL NOT TAKE PLACE UNLESS THIS IS MADE WITHIN TEN DAYS OF DELIVERY.
